Assessments

“Sommerville HOA has biannual assessments, currently $170.00.  They are due on June 30 and December 31.  Homeowners are issued a statement 30 days prior to the due date, and assessments may be paid by mail or electronically, at the preference of the homeowner.  Assessments not paid by the due date are subject to a late fee of 10%.”
