Board of Directors Mission Statement

The Mission of the Board of Directors for Sommerville Homeowners’ Association is to promote a positive sense of community and to protect the investment of our owners through the respectful and reasonable enforcement of rules and covenants to maintain community standards, through responsible and transparent fiduciary management of Association funds to provide for current and future expenditures, and through the promotion of a friendly, welcoming climate for all neighborhood residents. The Board of Sommerville Homeowners’ Association are community members who willingly volunteer their time and energy for the betterment of our community. As such, they will strive to be good neighbors and friends who will work to protect the common interests of the Sommerville neighborhood.
