Established in 1992, Sommerville is a 142 single-family-home neighborhood located in the Seaford area of southern York County, approximately four miles southeast of Route 17 in Grafton. We are just a fifteen-minute drive from historic Yorktown, Virginia. ​Conveniently located near top elementary, middle and high schools in the county.
